Product range

The Company manufactures precast reinforced concrete elements at its 6-hectare production facility in Erdőtelek. Manufacturing is carried out in two fully enclosed, heated, winterised production halls equipped with the latest production technologies. Each component is manufactured in accordance with detailed production drawings using our extensive range of precision-engineered steel moulds and our own on-site concrete batching plant. Bespoke products are produced using custom-made hybrid timber and steel formwork, manufactured in our in-house carpentry and steel fabrication workshops.

Foundation Sockets

Nowadays, precast foundation sockets provide a reliable and efficient solution for the structural fixing of reinforced concrete columns.

The socket itself is supplied as a precast element, while the foundation is generally constructed as an in-situ reinforced concrete pad foundation. The socket can also be incorporated into any type of deep foundation solution, including caisson foundations, block foundations, micro-piles or large-diameter piles.

The internal faces of the socket are ribbed, matching the ribbed finish of the column. Once grouted, the connection behaves almost as a monolithic structural element, ensuring excellent load transfer.

Columns

Columns form the primary vertical load-bearing structure of industrial and commercial buildings.

Industrial building columns are manufactured to suit the specific structural design requirements of each project, with virtually unlimited options for length and cross-section. Integrated corbels can be incorporated wherever required to support beams or crane runway girders. For manufacturing efficiency, four-sided corbels are generally avoided. Column head details are individually designed to suit the selected beam system. Both single-storey and multi-storey structural solutions are available.

Beams

Efficient beam design plays a key role in achieving an economical structural solution. Depending on the required spans and loading conditions, beams may be conventionally reinforced or prestressed, as determined by the project structural engineer.

According to their application, beams may serve as roof beams, intermediate floor beams or ground beams. Standard beam sections include the GV series, GN1, GN2, GN3, GI1, GI2 and GT.

Roof structure supports can be manufactured with I, T, trapezoidal (V) and rectangular (N) cross-sections, with their ridge line running parallel to the purlins or with a roof pitch of 0–9 % in one or both directions. Floor beams can be manufactured with I, inverted T, L, trapezoidal or rectangular cross-sections. Each structural member is individually designed to satisfy the Client’s requirements while complying with all applicable standards and regulations.

Prestressed Semi-Precast Floor Slabs

Our prestressed semi-precast floor slabs provide a fast and efficient solution for floor construction.

The system comprises a 140 mm precast reinforced concrete slab with an in-situ reinforced concrete structural topping. Once completed, the composite floor performs in exactly the same way as a conventional reinforced concrete slab, providing excellent structural capacity and fire resistance.

Key benefits of Semi-Precast Floor Slabs:

Wall panels

Our insulated precast wall panels are the ideal choice where fast-track construction and outstanding architectural appearance are equally important.

Suitable for residential, commercial and industrial developments, the panels may be used as both load-bearing walls and structural infill panels. Each panel consists of two reinforced concrete wythes separated by a high-performance insulation layer. Depending on project requirements, insulation materials may include expanded polystyrene (EPS), mineral wool or other structural insulation systems meeting current building regulations.

Plinth panels

Precast plinth panels are available in single-, double- or triple-layer configurations with either open-cell or closed-cell thermal insulation.

Single-layer units are supplied without insulation. Double-layer units incorporate insulation fixed to the external face of the structural panel. Triple-layer units consist of an inner load-bearing concrete layer, a central insulation core and an outer architectural concrete facing. Cast-in fixing components enable rapid and secure installation to both columns and foundations.

Staircases

Precast stair flights and landings provide an economical and precise solution that significantly accelerates construction.

Balcony slabs

Precast balcony slabs provide a rational and cost-effective construction solution.

Their prefabricated design allows rapid and safe installation for both new-build developments and refurbishment projects.

Loading Dock Units

Truck loading dock pits provide an ideal solution for warehouses, logistics centres and retail distribution facilities requiring access for heavy goods vehicles and forklift trucks.

Our loading dock units are normally manufactured and delivered as complete single-piece elements, greatly simplifying installation. Where required, they may also be supplied in two symmetrical sections for easier transportation or installation. Designed to accommodate a wide range of scissor-lift and hinged loading ramps, each dock unit incorporates the necessary reinforcement to achieve full structural integration with the surrounding building.

Mobile Concrete Barriers

Quick to install and easy to relocate.

These concrete barriers are ideal for site security, traffic management, vehicle access control and temporary or permanent perimeter fencing. Although not certified for use on public highways, they are perfectly suited to private roads, industrial premises and construction sites

Interlocking (Lego) Concrete Blocks

Concrete blocks

Our interlocking concrete blocks, also known as Lego® blocks, provide a flexible and cost-effective solution for temporary structures, storage bays, bulk material handling, retaining walls and partition walls. Thanks to their interlocking geometry, installation requires no mortar or additional fixing materials. All units are manufactured with a standard height of 600 mm.
